Account Executive – Malta (Cybersecurity Sales)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join Hornetsecurity’s Malta office in San Gwann. In this full‑time position you will act as the main point of contact for our partner network, driving sales of our cybersecurity and software licensing portfolio across Northern Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Hornetsecurity to partners, delivering high‑quality service and support.
• Identify and pursue cross‑selling opportunities within the IT distribution channel.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for the Northern Europe region.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Promote brand awareness of Hornetsecurity throughout the assigned market.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the IT industry, especially software licensing and security solutions.
• Proven ability to generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Experience developing B2B relationships within a high‑volume environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation skills and resilience under workload.
• Motivated by results, goal‑oriented and willing to travel occasionally.
