Yoga Instructor – Luxury Cruise Wellness

About the role

Explora Journeys is seeking a passionate Yoga Instructor to deliver exceptional yoga and meditation experiences to guests aboard its luxury cruise ships. The role focuses on personalized one‑to‑one sessions as well as group classes, contributing to overall guest satisfaction and wellness revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct private and group yoga classes tailored to guest needs.
• Provide sound‑therapy and meditation treatments.
• Promote wellness programs, retail products, and spa services.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of treatment rooms and wellness areas.
• Support spa operations as required by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; certified yoga training from a recognized school.
• Minimum 1‑3 years experience in a luxury wellness or spa environment.
• Strong communication and guest‑service skills.
• Proactive attitude with ability to understand and anticipate guest needs.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of at least two yoga styles.
• Experience in sound‑therapy and meditation techniques.
• Basic computer and office equipment proficiency.
