Technical Project Manager

About the role

As a Technical Project Manager within Betsson's Product Development team, you will lead both tactical and strategic initiatives that support the company's long‑term technology transformation. You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting projects to ensure they align with business requirements and are delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and confirming technical feasibility.
• Ensure projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and budget, and report progress to management.
• Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks while monitoring financial impact and resourcing.
• Facilitate effective team meetings, kick‑offs, status updates, and remove roadblocks that hinder project goals.

Required profile

• Ability to navigate ambiguous and complex situations.
• Solid IT technical background.
• Recognized project‑management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 or Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people‑management capabilities and thorough understanding of project‑management fundamentals.
