Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of technical initiatives across our digital platforms. The role bridges technical and non‑technical functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of multiple technical projects across digital platforms.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, budgets and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Product, Development, QA, Infrastructure, Compliance, Marketing, Customer Support and external vendors.
• Manage schedules, dependencies, risks, issues and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Track progress with project management tools and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Coordinate software releases, user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployments and post‑release reviews.
• Work closely with architects and technical leads to ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.
• Manage third‑party technology providers and external integrations.
• Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent technical projects in a digital environment.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Capability to define clear project documentation, technical specifications and decision logs.
