System Support Analyst

About the role

The System Support Analyst joins our Customer Support Team to ensure rapid issue resolution and improve the overall support experience. Working closely with senior team members, you will help bridge client business process management needs with our BPM and workflow solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide client support according to established support agreements.
• Participate in daily team operations and manage issue escalations and closures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client solutions and any subsequent changes.
• Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and generate sales leads.
• Configure, maintain, and upgrade delivered solutions under senior guidance.
• Implement solutions using recommended productivity tools.
• Assess and translate client business and functional requirements into documented design specifications.
• Assist in solution validation, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Prepare training materials and deliver system training to end users.
• Support data extraction, manipulation, and presentation tasks.
