Student Admissions Manager

About the role

West Business School is looking for an experienced, motivated Student Admissions Manager to lead student recruitment, develop strategic education partnerships, and support the school’s growth. The role is target‑driven and involves representing the school at recruitment events in Malta and abroad while providing guidance to prospective students throughout the admissions process.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the school’s higher‑education programmes to prospective students and education partners.
• Achieve agreed student recruitment and enrolment targets.
• Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, agents and training providers.
• Represent the Business School at exhibitions, fairs, networking events and institutional meetings locally and internationally.
• Provide admissions advice via telephone, online and face‑to‑face consultations.
• Deliver presentations and information sessions to prospects and partner organisations.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process, ensuring an outstanding experience.
• Collaborate with marketing on recruitment campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, admissions data and prepare regular recruitment pipeline reports.
• Work with academic and administrative teams to meet recruitment objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MQF Level 6 or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student admissions, recruitment, education marketing or business development.
• Proven track record of recruiting students for licensed Maltese higher‑education institutions.
• Strong knowledge of the Maltese higher‑education sector and admissions processes.
• Established professional network that generates enrolments and partnerships.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with education partners and prospects.
