Spa Receptionist – Luxury Cruise Ship

About the role

As a Spa Receptionist on board our luxury cruise ship, you are the first point of contact for guests seeking a rejuvenating and relaxing experience. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assist with guest inquiries, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional spa experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and serve as the first point of contact for spa guests.
• Manage bookings, schedules, and guest preferences to ensure smooth spa operations.
• Promote the spa’s treatments and assist guests with inquiries.
• Handle special requests and maintain accurate records of appointments.
• Assist guests with product information and recommend suitable treatments.
• Process payment transactions and ensure accurate billing.

Required profile

• Dynamic, customer‑focused individual with a passion for the wellness industry.
• Prior experience in reception or customer service, preferably with spa, hairdressing, nail or fitness background.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, onboard environment and maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in English is essential for clear communication.
• Previous cruise‑ship experience is a strong advantage.
• Ability to speak additional European languages is advantageous.
