Senior Technical Lead I

About the role

Baxter is seeking a Senior Technical Lead I to oversee preventative maintenance and repairs of plant equipment and critical systems in Malta. The role combines hands‑on delivery with prioritisation and problem‑solving to ensure reliable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and critical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults promptly, conducting routine inspections.
• Assist with general facilities maintenance, including HVAC, compressed air, water, lighting and other building systems.
• Maintain accurate work records and ensure compliance with energy, health and safety objectives.

Required profile

• Valid Wireman’s License A & B issued in Malta.
• Knowledge of ELV installation systems, building automation and HVAC installations.
• Experience in industrial or commercial facilities and proven electrical work background.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
