Senior Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and highly organised Senior Social Media Manager to lead digital marketing and audience growth across PlayersBest and its portfolio of digital assets. The role involves developing strategies, managing channels, and creating engaging content for sports, iGaming and entertainment audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Lead organic growth across multiple brands and digital assets.
• Own and manage social media channels including X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Create and maintain content calendars for various platforms.
• Produce reactive, real‑time content around trends, news and live events.
• Build and moderate online communities, including Discord.
• Track, analyse and optimise social media performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media or audience growth.
• Background in affiliate marketing, iGaming, sportsbook or related digital environments.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple brands and calendars.
• Interest in sports, iGaming, entertainment and internet culture.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook and YouTube.
• Ability to create short‑form video, graphics and other digital content.
• Proficiency in using digital and social media analytics tools.
