Senior Manager Business Change Management

About the role

KPMG Malta is looking for a Senior Manager to join its fast‑growing People & Change Advisory practice. The role focuses on delivering learning and change management solutions for clients undergoing transformation or transition initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client problem statements and design human‑centric change strategies that prioritize user experience.
• Conduct change impact assessments and develop change and learning strategies, plans, and sequences of interventions.
• Create, implement and oversee innovative learning programs, including training needs analysis, curriculum design and content development.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, lead project teams, and ensure high‑quality delivery and sustainable client relationships.
• Contribute to business development activities, RFX responses and proposal creation.
• Provide regular project status updates and lead client meetings on progress and tracking.
• Maintain professional accreditation through continuing professional development.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of proven experience in Learning & Change Management within an advisory role.
• Strong consulting mindset with ability to articulate solutions and produce high‑quality deliverables.
• Experience in stakeholder management and project planning.
• Relevant certification such as PROSCI or equivalent.
