Senior DevOps Engineer – Gaming Platform

About the role

Join the Gaming Area of Betsson Group as a Senior DevOps Engineer and help evolve a multi‑brand gaming platform used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide. You will drive containerisation, cloud deployment and scalability while maintaining high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, migrating from Octopus to GitHub Actions and promoting developer‑led deployments.
• Design and evolve monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana, integrating observability into deployment workflows.
• Support and extend custom NGINX routing and other infrastructure components to handle increased traffic.
• Collaborate with backend (.NET) and frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, StencilJS) teams to ensure performance, scalability and security.
• Provide tooling, guidance and automation scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) across development environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience with GitHub Actions, Octopus and deployment automation.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ALB, VPC, EKS) and infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Hands‑on experience managing Kubernetes clusters, preferably on AWS EKS and Rancher RKE.
• Ability to work closely with gaming and infrastructure teams, fostering DevOps culture.
