Sales & Studio Coordinator

About the role

The Sales & Studio Coordinator will support daily sales activities and act as the main point of contact for clients at our creative studio. Based on‑site in Mosta, you will help ensure smooth communication between the studio and its clients while assisting with project logistics and basic marketing tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries, prepare quotes and maintain client records.
• Follow up on leads and support lead‑generation initiatives.
• Assist with scheduling, logistics and coordination of projects and shoots.
• Coordinate internal workflows between the creative team and clients.
• Update content and support marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Interest or background in music, audio‑visual or creative industries.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Mosta and adapt in a fast‑paced studio environment.
• Previous experience in a studio, agency or client‑facing role is an asset.
