Sales Advisor - H&M Sliema

About the role

Hudson Group, an international retailer and distributor active in sport and fashion wear, is hiring a full-time Sales Assistant for its H&M store in Sliema, Malta. The position reports to the Store Manager, covers the assigned store territory and is offered under an indefinite contract.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with customers across all sales areas with a personalised approach
• Meet set sales targets
• Stock, replenish and clean sales areas
• Process payments and package goods professionally
• Advise customers on products suited to their needs using specialist product knowledge
• Handle customer complaints effectively
• Maintain clean, tidy displays and monitor and update them
• Count and balance the cash register and receipts
• Stamp or attach price tags and check prices against the price list
• Check inventory regularly, report discrepancies to the line manager and inform staff of stock needs

Required profile

• Fluent English communication
• Good organisational skills
• Patient and well-controlled when dealing with clients
• Customer-focused and flexible, able to work shifts
