Reward Specialist (m/f/x)

About the role

Tipico, part of Banijay Gaming, is hiring a Reward Specialist (m/f/x) for its Human Resources team in Malta. The role supports the design and implementation of reward and recognition frameworks that support a high-performance culture, reinforce values, engage people and help Tipico be recognised as an Employer of Choice.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with colleagues to review, refine and strengthen the Reward framework so it stays competitive.
• Gather and analyse Reward data to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation, remuneration and benefits programmes.
• Support key annual initiatives such as salary reviews, benchmarking surveys, job evaluations and benefits reviews.
• Turn complex data into clear, insightful reports that support informed decision-making.
• Monitor market trends, emerging practices and industry developments to keep the Reward strategy ahead.
• Collaborate with HR teams to share Reward insights and recommendations that improve the employee experience.
• Help shape Reward strategies that attract, motivate and retain top talent while supporting business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Reward Management, Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits or a similar role.
• Ownership, collaboration and organisation: able to manage multiple priorities and work in a team.
• Solution-focused approach and comfort with numbers.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills and reporting and analytics.
• Understanding of job grading, salary benchmarking and market analysis.
• Ideal experience with tools such as Willis Towers Watson or similar platforms.
