Retail Artist (Beauty Expert) - Malta Airport

About the role

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is recruiting a part-time Retail Artist (Beauty Expert) to work at Malta Airport, in the departures lounge. The role is employed through Avolta and runs 20 hours per week. Candidates must be flexible to work on a shift basis, including early and late shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, adapting quickly to change and supporting managers and colleagues.
• Act as a brand ambassador, passing on knowledge to customers and recreating Charlotte Tilbury makeup looks while giving advice and guidance.
• Follow the company grooming standards.

Required profile

• Ideally some experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
• Ideally experience applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers' needs.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work shifts, including early and late ones.
• Ability to give a five-year working and personal reference and a Criminal Reference Check, as the store is airside; details discussed at interview.
