Responsible Person – Quality & Compliance

About the role

Adalvo is seeking an enthusiastic Responsible Person to join its Quality team in Malta. You will support all functions related to the wholesale distribution of medicinal products and APIs, ensuring compliance with GDP, GMP and relevant legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve technical agreements with subcontractors impacting GDP.
• Monitor and verify GDP standards for storage and transport of medicinal products and APIs.
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System in line with GMP and GDP requirements.
• Support the Qualified Person in batch certification, reviewing manufacturing, packaging and testing records.
• Conduct Product Quality Reviews and verify valid licences for suppliers and customers.
• Participate actively in internal and external audits.
• Ensure security and compliance of IT systems supporting supply‑chain activities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of GDP and GMP guidelines and EU/Maltese pharmaceutical legislation.
• Experience in wholesale distribution of medicinal products or active pharmaceutical ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple challenges.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills.
