Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. Working under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a clinical supervisor, you will deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children and individuals in need.

Key responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 instruction to clients in home, school, or community settings.
• Travel to client locations to deliver services.
• Collect accurate session data and complete detailed session summary notes.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a genuine interest in applied behavior analysis.
• Willingness to work under supervision and follow established therapy protocols.
• Ability to travel to various client sites.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
