Programmatic and Marketing Tech Manager

About the role

Immense Group is looking for a Programmatic and Marketing Tech Manager to lead the set‑up, optimisation and performance analysis of media campaigns across specific regions. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, driving innovation and ensuring campaigns meet business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead optimisation of programmatic, CPM, PPC and social media campaigns using data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with affiliates, design and content teams to integrate marketing efforts and improve performance.
• Oversee campaign tracking, KPI monitoring and detailed performance analysis using ad‑servers and related tools.
• Manage budgets, monitor spend, and report ROI to senior leadership.
• Develop design briefs for performance‑driven creative and work closely with agencies.
• Adapt quickly to market changes, ensuring campaigns align with the latest industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in media management within the iGaming industry.
• Marketing degree or relevant postgraduate certification.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.
• Strong communication, project management and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Adserver tools and various creative formats.
• Google Tag Manager and conversion APIs.
• Data‑collection scripts for digital campaigns.
• Programmatic advertising, Fixed CPM, PPC and social media platforms.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
