Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap and feature definition for a product or product line, working closely with engineering, content, marketing and sales teams to meet customer needs and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with market trends, customer insights and business objectives.
• Gather, analyse and prioritise product requirements from stakeholders, customers and data sources.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, specifications and acceptance criteria together with the Product Owner.
• Partner with engineering, content, marketing and analytics teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.
• Track progress, identify risks and ensure releases meet quality standards and timelines.
• Support go‑to‑market planning, positioning, messaging and launch coordination.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product success.
• Gather user feedback through surveys, interviews and testing to shape future iterations.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in product development.
• Previous experience in the iGaming or online sports industry (strongly preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable solutions.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities, attention to detail and execution.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all seniority levels.

Required skills

• Understanding of design and UX principles.
• Familiarity with product prototyping processes.
• Technical proficiency in application development, cloud computing and database technologies.
• Knowledge of AI tools (preferred).
