Operational Trainee Graduate Program

About the role

Join EF Malta Campus for a 12‑18 month Operational Trainee program designed for recent graduates. You will rotate across key business functions, lead real projects and support the daily operations that serve thousands of international students.

Key responsibilities

• Support students from arrival to departure, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Assist in peak‑season operations and coordinate with suppliers, students and colleagues worldwide.
• Analyse student feedback, propose and implement improvements.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects in areas such as Student Services, Academic Support, Accommodation, Events, Operations and Finance.
• Participate in an international learning experience, either a one‑week language course abroad or a short stint at an EF admissions office in another country.

Required profile

• Recent graduate from any field of study.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment with 100+ nationalities.
• Motivation to take ownership of tasks and deliver results.
