Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will report directly to the HQ Marketing Director and work closely with regional Account Managers, Business Development leads and global functions. The role owns EU B2B and B2C marketing while also leading global affiliate marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute EU B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, including co‑marketing, brand exposure, KOL, social media, advertising and player activities.
• Develop and run global affiliate programs, covering content creation, campaign management and partner development.
• Track TaDa game listings and visibility on affiliate sites.
• Coordinate with EU Account Managers and Business Development to drive operator marketing collaboration.
• Contribute to creative direction, brand positioning and local market adaptation, and bridge the EU market with headquarters for strategic alignment.
• Provide weekly work progress reports and monthly performance reports with market intelligence, competitor analysis and opportunity assessment.

Required profile

• Fluent English.
• 3+ years of hands‑on iGaming B2B/B2C marketing experience in EU markets (provider‑side experience a plus).
• Experience in affiliate partnership execution (a plus).
• Budget planning and cost‑control experience.
• Strong project‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as business needs require.
• Commitment to complete a 2‑4 week onboarding training at the Taiwan headquarters.
