Marketing Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a results‑oriented Marketing Manager to lead daily marketing at AX Hotels Qawra, managing a small on‑site team and collaborating with Group Marketing at Head Office. Based at the AX ODYCY hotel, the role plans and executes marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of hotel and food‑and‑beverage brands.
• Develop business cases for marketing programmes aligned with approved plans.
• Build and execute marketing programmes that drive revenue, profit and brand awareness across multiple channels.
• Create and manage content calendars, produce engaging content and run social‑media strategies on major platforms.
• Coordinate organic and paid content, events and campaigns to increase reach and follower growth.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, e‑commerce and administration teams while leveraging internal processes.
• Oversee and approve marketing collateral both online and on‑premise for all AX Hotels brands.
• Measure, analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI trends, social‑media algorithms and design best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Local Maltese experience and ability to work on‑site in Qawra.
• Expertise in brand management, digital marketing and multi‑brand project oversight.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational abilities.
• Exceptional time‑management skills to juggle multiple brands, projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment with an agile, solutions‑focused approach.
