Junior Sales Representative

About the role

This is an end‑to‑end Business Development position within IT recruitment, based fully on‑site in Malta. You will own the commercial process, from cold outreach to final negotiation and close, working closely with senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source prospects and build a corporate pipeline.
• Pitch technical recruitment solutions directly to senior decision‑makers.
• Manage the full 360° sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation to closing.
• Maintain high activity levels through phone‑driven outreach and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of phone‑based sales experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to relocate immediately to Malta and work fully on‑site in Ta' Xbiex.
• Strong financial ambition and resilience to handle daily rejection.
