Junior Performance Marketer (Remote, Europe)

About the role

EverAI is looking for a Junior Performance Marketer to join the growth team remotely from anywhere in Europe. Reporting to the CMO, you will own the end‑to‑end user acquisition process, from campaign setup and creative iteration to data analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily management of core paid acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok and Google, ensuring proper tracking and data collection.
• Prepare new ad concepts, organize creative assets and set up audience tests to feed the testing loop.
• Monitor campaign and funnel performance using Voluum, GA4 and internal dashboards, flagging anomalies and supporting weekly/monthly strategic reviews.
• Support creative briefing by translating performance data into clear asset recommendations and collaborate with product and content teams on landing‑page optimisation.
• Build rapport with traffic source representatives, help manage communications and document new acquisition opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data tools and Excel.
• Fluent English communication skills and a proactive, action‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta, TikTok and Google advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools such as Voluum and GA4.
• Proficiency in Excel for data cleaning and performance reporting.
