About the role
EY is looking for a Junior Business Analyst in Msida. The role involves analysing business processes, gathering requirements and supporting technology-driven transformation projects across several industries, including financial services.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in understanding current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Support requirements gathering and documentation through stakeholder workshops
- Help design improved business processes using specialised tools
- Facilitate communication between business and IT teams
- Take part in testing and validation of solutions
- Support user training and change management activities
- Keep developing your skills in business analysis and financial services
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a Master's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Eager to learn and grow in a consulting environment
Required skills
- Familiarity with business process or agile tools is a plus but not required
