IT Systems Executive – Hospitality

About the role

dbgroup Malta is seeking an IT Systems Executive to manage and optimise hospitality technology across its hotels, restaurants and leisure outlets. The role focuses on system administration, roll‑outs and continuous improvement of POS and related applications, ensuring reliable, guest‑focused digital operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and monitor POS and hospitality systems across all outlets.
• Lead or support new system roll‑outs, upgrades and technology initiatives.
• Integrate POS with property management and back‑office applications.
• Troubleshoot application, device and connectivity issues affecting operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver enhancements and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain system documentation, standards and best practices.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in systems or technical support, preferably in hospitality.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting across applications, devices and basic networking topologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and contribute to projects in a fast‑paced environment.
