IT Support Specialist

About the role

As an IT Support Specialist you will manage day‑to‑day IT operations at the Twin Harbour studio office in Malta, handling incoming requests, setting priorities and driving automation or process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve IT support incidents and service requests, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage local network administration, vendor relationships, updates and issue resolution.
• Handle user lifecycle management – provisioning and de‑provisioning of users and computers.
• Maintain asset inventory, order hardware and provide software to new joiners.
• Perform regular access audits and administer a wide variety of SaaS applications.
• Order and procure equipment, manage vendor relationships and oversee IT hardware/software inventory.
• Participate in IT team projects and security initiatives.
• Support the global workforce by partnering with overseas IT teams.
• Analyze existing processes, suggest improvements and implement new business processes.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to help.
• Background in IT with experience in a similar support role.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices.
• Ability to administer Google Workspace, Slack and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (switching, firewalls, subnetting, wireless, VPN, LAN/WAN).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork abilities.
