Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and personality.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
• Guide guests to their tables and ensure smooth seating.
• Provide information about the restaurant and answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized entrance area with positive vibes.

Required profile

• Experience in a front‑of‑house or guest‑facing role.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Friendly, approachable and always ready to smile.
• Team player with flexibility for different shifts.
