Head of Marketing

About the role

Andaria is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead its marketing function end to end, covering strategy, lead generation, events, brand and communications. The goal is to build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for the commercial team, working closely with the Group Chief Commercial Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual marketing strategy, plan and budget, define target markets and customer profiles, set KPIs and report monthly to the Group CCO
• Build and scale lead generation channels (outbound, LinkedIn, paid search, webinars, partners), run account-based marketing campaigns and maintain CRM data quality
• Plan and manage the annual events calendar (Money20/20 Europe, Sibos, MPE, SiGMA), negotiate sponsorship, manage exhibition stands and organise company events
• Custodian of the brand, producing content, managing the website and SEO, and handling PR and media relations
• Manage the marketing budget, select and manage agencies and contractors
• Support the Group CCO with commercial coordination, diary management and meeting preparation

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a senior or lead role in payments, fintech, electronic money or banking
• Proven track record of generating measurable sales pipeline
• Demonstrable experience planning and delivering conference exhibitions and events, including logistics and budgets
• Experience working with Compliance on marketing in a regulated environment
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in another European language desirable

Required skills

• Desirable: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads and website CMS platforms
• Desirable: knowledge of card issuing, SEPA, Swift, Faster Payments or FX payments
• Desirable: degree in marketing, business or communications, or professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM)
