Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (iGaming)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our FP&A function within the iGaming sector. You will partner closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights, drive performance, and support data‑driven business decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of comprehensive financial plans, forecasts and budgets, integrating inputs from all departments.
• Analyse financial data, identify trends and deliver actionable insights to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers and ensure accurate financial projections.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of FP&A processes using technology.
• Define, measure and report on KPIs related to gaming performance and provide recommendations for strategic decision‑making.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and predict outcomes.
• Manage the budgeting cycle, monitor actual performance against targets and investigate variances.
• Oversee data collection, validation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies while staying informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Strong senior‑level FP&A experience within the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management.
• Commercial and analytical mindset with excellent financial modelling and data analysis capabilities.
• Deep understanding of iGaming business dynamics and player behaviour.
