Head of Finance – Fintech

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Finance to join a forward‑thinking fintech group. You will work closely with the Managing Director, gaining valuable leadership experience while contributing to the financial strategy of a fast‑growing organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with banks and external auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Prepare and deliver regulatory reports in compliance with industry standards.
• Develop, monitor and update budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Collaborate directly with the Managing Director on strategic financial decisions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting or near‑completion of ACCA qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably within the banking sector.
• Experience in a Big 4 environment is a plus.
