Gardener at Seabank Resort & Spa

About the role

We are seeking a Gardener to maintain the gardens and green areas at Seabank Resort & Spa, ensuring they are attractive and safe for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out general gardening duties such as planting, pruning, watering, weeding and lawn care.
• Maintain gardens, green areas and landscaping to the highest standard across the resort.
• Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Monitor plant health and identify potential issues such as pests or diseases.
• Ensure all garden areas are clean, safe and visually appealing for guests.
• Assist with seasonal planting and landscaping projects as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or in landscaping/gardening.
• Basic knowledge of plants, gardening techniques and outdoor maintenance.
• Ability to use and maintain gardening tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping outdoor areas well‑maintained.
• Good communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
