Full-stack Developer (AI-native)

About the role

Paradise Media is looking for a Full‑stack Developer who will combine development and DevOps responsibilities to build internal tools and automate workflows. You will work closely with the lead engineer and use AI‑assisted coding to deliver solutions quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal dashboards, admin panels, and workflow automation tools.
• Identify manual processes and replace them with scripts, scheduled jobs, or AI‑driven workflows.
• Provide basic monitoring, alerting, and on‑call support for the tools you create.
• Leverage LLM APIs, AI coding assistants, and low‑code platforms to accelerate delivery.

Required profile

• Curiosity and a track record of building personal projects, automations, or tools.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, small‑team environment and collaborating closely with leadership.

Required skills

• Web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Vue a plus).
• Backend basics: Python or Node.js, SQL databases.
• AI tool fluency: daily use of AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot) and calling LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Ops awareness: Linux, Git, Docker or managed deployment platforms.
• Experience with third‑party integrations (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace) and low‑code tools (n8n, Make, Retool) is a plus.
