Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will support the daily operation of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring high service standards and an excellent guest experience in line with the all‑inclusive concept. You will lead the service team, maintain cleanliness and organization, and coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across assigned outlets.
• Ensure consistent adherence to service standards.
• Brief, guide, motivate and support the service team.
• Assist with staff scheduling and duty allocation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
• Prepare outlets to be clean, organized and ready for service.
• Support stock control, ordering and waste‑reduction procedures.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety, licensing and company standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
• Report operational issues and follow up on corrective actions with management.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar role within a hotel, resort or busy restaurant.
• Experience in an all‑inclusive hotel environment is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Guest‑focused, hands‑on approach with the ability to motivate a team.
• Capability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
