Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead all food and beverage operations across the SOHO Office Space and Bistro Boca. This position blends strategic oversight with hands‑on management to ensure high service standards, profitability, and growth for both venues.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, coordinating floor, bar, and kitchen activities.
• Drive performance against budgets, targets and business objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, train and manage F&B teams, including scheduling and labour cost control.
• Manage supplier relationships, purchasing, stock control and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Plan, price and update menus in collaboration with the kitchen team.
• Maintain guest service standards, handle feedback and drive service improvements.
• Develop revenue through catering, private events and upselling opportunities.
• Plan and execute internal and external events with quality and cost control.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare reports and provide insights to senior management.
• Implement SOPs, ensure health, safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior food and beverage or restaurant management role.
• Experience managing multiple outlets or complex operations.
• Strong leadership, team management and communication abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
• Valid driving licence.
