Flight Support Agent

About the role

Vista Flight Support is looking for motivated Flight Support Agents to join its global team. You will work with Vista’s operating partners across FAA and EASA environments, handling the operational logistics and ground services for charter flights.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Global View platform to ensure seamless communication with partner AOCs, sales and client services.
• Arrange ground handling, airport slots and fuel according to established procedures.
• Liaise with handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, civil aviation authorities and customs for all ground service requirements.
• Request overflight and landing permits and submit flight, crew and passenger information to relevant authorities.
• Provide accurate flight status information during planning and coordinate with Tactical Controllers on any discrepancies.
• Ensure all operations are performed safely and with client satisfaction in mind.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external providers.
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones and regulatory frameworks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Global View platform (Vista’s proprietary operations system).
