Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Analyst to support Vista’s Finance Business Partnering function. The role will own reporting cycles, deliver actionable insights and help drive data‑driven decisions across maintenance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for assigned entities, ensuring accurate accruals, cost allocation and expense capitalization.
• Review, reconcile and validate financial data, analyse variances against budget and present performance insights to management.
• Partner with Financial Accounting to prepare documentation for external auditors and maintain compliance controls.
• Review contracts, assess commercial feasibility and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Document, standardise and continuously improve finance processes and reporting workflows.

Required profile

• Experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or commercial finance.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret and challenge financial data.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting cycles.
• Proactive, detail‑driven and solutions‑focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.
