Experienced Corporate Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join our multidisciplinary team in Malta. The successful candidate will advise both domestic and international clients on a broad spectrum of company law and corporate governance matters, handling routine and complex engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead company formations, restructurings, reorganisations and cross‑border mergers.
• Manage continuation, re‑domiciliation and amalgamation of entities into and out of Malta.
• Draft, review and implement corporate and statutory documentation.
• Provide ongoing company secretarial support and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Fully qualified lawyer with 7‑10 years post‑qualification experience.
• Comfortable managing day‑to‑day corporate matters with appropriate supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and commercially aware.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
