Engineering Manager - Gaming

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our gaming engineering teams at Betsson Group. In this role you will shape the technical direction, ensure delivery excellence and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Build, structure and lead high‑performing engineering teams.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding and career development for engineers.
• Collaborate with product and design partners to plan and scope the product roadmap.
• Own delivery commitments, ensuring timely and high‑quality releases.
• Define and monitor team performance metrics and productivity.
• Champion modern agile software development practices and continuous improvement.
• Ensure system health, performance and stability of gaming and web applications.
• Maintain effective support, maintenance processes and SLA compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading engineering teams, preferably in gaming or iGaming.
• Hands‑on knowledge of game integration and web development solutions.
• Ability to work with architecture and product stakeholders to align on standards and business goals.
• Strong focus on technical stability, performance and operational excellence.
