Digital Transformation and Advisory Lead

About the role

KPMG in Malta is looking for a Digital Transformation and Advisory Lead to partner with senior executives and guide complex business and technology transformation programmes. You will act as a trusted advisor, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery of measurable, lasting outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives, boards and technology stakeholders.
• Lead strategic discussions on digital transformation, operating model optimisation, technology adoption and organisational change.
• Oversee large‑scale transformation programmes from strategy through execution, managing quality, timelines, budgets, risks and business outcomes.
• Establish governance structures, reporting mechanisms and programme controls.
• Advise on enterprise applications, digital platforms, data and AI initiatives, cloud transformation and integration architectures.
• Lead vendor selection, solution evaluation, business case development and technology roadmap engagements.
• Identify new business opportunities, support proposals and drive account growth.
• Coach, mentor and develop consultants, managers and emerging leaders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience advising C‑suite and leading complex digital transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and deliver measurable business value.
• Strong client relationship skills and a track record of building long‑term trusted partnerships.
