Country Registrations Officer

About the role

SASMAR, a global personal care and fertility products company, is seeking a Country Registrations Officer to support regulatory activities that enable product registrations across international markets. The role is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who can work effectively with internal teams and external regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit country registration dossiers in accordance with local regulations.
• Track submission timelines, approvals, and renewals across multiple international markets.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and internal teams to resolve registration queries.
• Maintain accurate records of product registrations, documentation, and compliance updates.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on market‑access activities.
• Support in‑country distributors with registration and compliance matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related regulatory field.
• Experience managing product registrations across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory submission requirements and documentation standards.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with regulatory authorities and cross‑functional internal teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Eligibility to work in Malta.
