Contact Centre Agent

About the role

APS Bank is seeking customer‑focused individuals to join its expanding Contact Centre. As a Contact Centre Agent you will be the first point of contact, assisting customers through various channels and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Log calls, annotate follow‑ups, and strive to resolve queries on first contact.
• Handle customer emails, internet banking messages, and instant messages efficiently.
• Guide customers in using the bank’s services and promote direct channels.
• Provide accurate information while adhering to bank procedures and guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent in Maltese and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Preferably a banking qualification (not essential) and prior call‑centre experience is an asset.
