Concierge – Luxury Boutique Hotel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Concierge to join a luxury boutique hotel in Valletta. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering premium front‑of‑house and guest support, ensuring every visitor receives a personalized and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and visitors, handling inquiries with professionalism.
• Manage reservations, appointments, and transportation arrangements.
• Provide tailored recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, bars, and services.
• Perform receptionist duties, including answering phone calls and directing guests.
• Collaborate with the Front Office team and butlers to maintain seamless operations.
• Uphold the hotel’s luxury standards, confidentiality, and high‑level customer service.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining venues, and supplier networks.
• Proven experience in concierge, reservations, or front‑of‑house roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on reliability and attention to detail.
