Chef de Partie – Hospitality Role in Malta

About the role

Quality Talent Ltd. is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a prestigious hospitality operation in Valletta, Malta. The role offers the chance to work in a high‑standard culinary environment and develop your career within a professional team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Take responsibility for an assigned kitchen section and ensure excellent food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Follow recipes, specifications and portion‑control guidelines while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods and support the Sous Chef and wider kitchen team.
• Assist with preparation, mise en place and maintain a clean, organised workstation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen position.
• Strong professional cooking skills and good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen procedures.
• Experience in a quality hotel, restaurant or fine‑dining environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and strong attention to detail.
• Professional attitude, strong work ethic and passion for cooking.
