Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a leading Maltese financial services organization that is deepening its digital transformation. You will act as the bridge between business units and the IT team, helping to automate processes and maximise the value of a recently implemented ERP platform.

Key responsibilities

• Map and document current business processes across the organisation.
• Identify improvement opportunities and translate them into clear user stories and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with the Systems Administrator and developers to design and automate workflows.
• Work closely with stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure they meet business needs.
• Support the ERP development team throughout the implementation of enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience within the financial services sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both business and technical teams.

Required skills

• Process mapping and documentation.
• Creation of user stories and functional specifications.
• Understanding of ERP systems and automation concepts.
