Associate - Risk & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking an Associate to join our Risk & Compliance team, providing operational support across risk management, compliance, life insurance and international business functions. The role ensures regulatory obligations are met, administrative processes are accurate, and monitoring activities are effective.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of risk and compliance activities across the Group.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and maintain related records.
• Assist with compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting and Fit and Proper assessments.
• Maintain risk registers, policy documentation and governance records.
• Prepare management information, reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business, Finance, Law or related field.
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the insurance sector.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work accurately and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
