Affiliate Manager

About the role

As the Affiliate Manager you will own the affiliate strategy, budget and partner ecosystem that powers Play North’s multi‑market acquisition engine. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will build, scale and optimise a portfolio of external affiliate channels, primarily for the Portuguese market and, over time, new international territories.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the affiliate marketing budget, forecast ROI and allocate spend to meet core KPIs.
• Act as the primary contact for affiliate platforms, ensuring technical setups, attribution and postbacks function correctly.
• Recruit, onboard and grow high‑performing affiliate partners across target regions.
• Negotiate commercial terms, optimise margins and validate monthly partner statements and invoices.
• Analyse traffic quality and campaign profitability, turning data insights into actionable strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on affiliate management experience in the iGaming industry.
• Proven success with affiliate acquisition channels in Portugal (Dutch market experience a plus).
• Fluent Portuguese or Dutch, with professional English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, commercial and negotiation skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
