Wellness Concierge

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Wellness Concierge to join Verdala Wellness Hotel – AX Privilege. The role involves managing wellness services, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless, personalized experience for members and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for wellness services.
• Anticipate and fulfil guest preferences, including special requests and personal needs.
• Provide personalised services such as packing, unpacking, and laundry to the highest standard.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, room service and other departments to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Address and resolve guest complaints professionally, aiming for satisfactory outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and enhance guest comfort throughout their stay.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a receptionist in a wellness or spa environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varying hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking and management software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
