Senior Customer Service Associate

About the role

Shift4 is looking for a Senior Customer Service Associate for its Client Relations Team in Valletta. The team helps customers with tailored payment solutions, focusing on financial reconciliation, reporting and data, chargebacks and guidance through the company's systems and platforms. The role is the main point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries about their custom payment solutions
• Research and explain requirements, and identify and resolve technical or financial issues, escalating unresolved ones to the relevant owners
• Conduct client training on systems, platforms and procedures
• Log and update all client interactions in the CRM system
• Ensure actions align with KPIs and SLIs

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills, able to explain complex information to clients of different technical backgrounds
• Problem-solving ability, attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both in a team and independently, with good time management
• Commitment to continuous learning
• Previous customer support or financial services experience is an advantage

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• CRM usage

• Salary range of EUR 22,000 - 27,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm for the first 6 months, then rotating shifts with occasional Sunday shifts.
