About the role

EasyRent is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Malta. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through buying and selling processes while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients through various channels.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Manage transactions from offer to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Build and maintain trustful relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent sales, negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Strong understanding of real‑property markets.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
